A word from Heather:
Have you voted yet? That’s kind of a rhetorical question, because Nikki already knows if you did or not.
Because I’m a Ninja.
Yes, she combs through the comments on Between My Sheets to see who gave our blog a thumbs up for the 2013 Top Sex Bloggers list. And I get an update every morning with my coffee. This morning she was all, HEATHER YOU DIDN’T VOTE YET. Geez! I’ve been busy writing group sex. Give a group sex groupie a break!
Alas, there is no excuse. I’m looking at you, my darling Zen. We know that you haven’t voted either! Luckily for both of us there is still time. On October 1, nominations will close so Cash and Rori can start reviewing all of the entries. So zip on over to Between My Sheets and nominate your favorites (and we really hope that’s us).
Rori said:
“As of writing this email (Sept. 24), there are 385 comments nominating awesome sex bloggers on that post! Last year we had 508 comments in total. Let’s try to top that, everyone! Get in there and nominate your favorites and spread the word via Twitter, Facebook, email, etc. to tell others to nominate their favorites too!”
You heard the woman! Just go to this post, scroll to the bottom, and leave a comment with your favorite sex blogger and they’ll be nominated.
I’m making a list and checking it twice… cuz it’s ALL naughty.

A word from Nikki:
Both Heather and I have repeatedly spewed our guts about our struggles with self-discovery. For years, we kept our kinkiness hidden because we didn’t understand it. Well, now we do. And we’re no longer afraid to speak out. Now we’re out, proud, and a whole lotta loud.
Me: Why yes, I AM kinky.
Uncomfortable Stranger: Um, Ma’am, I JUST need to know if you’d like paper or plastic.
I know it’s not easy for all kinksters to be out in the open for a plethora of reasons. Whether it’s because of family, friends, or job security, some feel safer keeping who they are under wraps. But tomorrow is your day, my kinkalicious friends.
“Kink Coming Out Day is an opportunity for individuals who so choose to share their personal kink identity, experience or journey with others. It is a chance for allies and supporters of alternative sexual expression to speak up, side by side with those on these paths, for equal rights and living without fear of recrimination or discrimination. It is a chance for pride.”
That’s right, y’all. September 28, 2013 is the first ever Kink Coming Out Day!
Whoo!
